I studied Anatomy and Physiology and started my career training with Thai masters. Qualified in Eastern and Western methods of massage. I worked in salons and spa before setting up my own holistic business. Life for me is about finding beauty in the small things; savouring the moment and creating joyful memories. I love my role on this planet as a healer.

Sarah's deep tissue massage is a standout service, with clients noting her ability to effectively target tight spots while maintaining the perfect pressure throughout the treatment. Many describe their experiences as blissful and transformative, leaving them feeling lighter and more relaxed, especially after her lymphatic drainage massage. The calming and welcoming environment adds to the overall experience, making each visit a thoroughly enjoyable one.

Had a wonderful experience at Hands of Therapy. The treatment room was calm, relaxing, and very welcoming. Sarah was incredible with her hands — I left feeling so much more relaxed, lighter, and less bloated. Such kind and lovely service throughout the whole appointment. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again!
