I came to Nadya with a very painful shoulder blade issue, and from the start she took the time to listen and understand my lifestyle, daily habits, and the areas that were causing discomfort. Her approach was thoughtful and thorough, and she focused on the root of the problem rather than just the symptoms. After the session, I genuinely felt a significant sense of relief. What I appreciated most was that she also taught me simple, practical stretches that I can easily incorporate into my daily routine to improve mobility and reduce tension.
