I started this facial massage specifically hoping to ease some jaw discomfort, and I’m honestly thrilled with the results. Within a few sessions, the tension I used to feel around my jaw noticeably eased up. My face feels so much more relaxed overall. One of the best changes: I used to hear clicking sounds when I moved my jaw, and that’s gone now. It’s also made it so much easier to just… rest. I don’t realize how much tension I was carrying until I feel what it’s like without it. Highly recommend to book with Stephen if you’re dealing with any kind of jaw tightness or discomfort.
