Absolutely loved my experience! She was extremely professional and made me feel so comfortable, especially since it was my first time. She was very reassuring, patient, and talked me through the entire process, which really helped me feel at ease. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. My usual wax girl was unavailable. Mel was able to accommodate me at the last moment. Her service was EXCEPTIONAL! Even though I was regularly, she still talked me through every step & ensured my comfort. I had such a great experience. 5 stars aren't enough!
