I couldn’t recommend James at uk physiotherapy highly enough. From the moment you arrive, he is welcoming, friendly, and extremely professional, creating a comfortable and reassuring experience throughout. I initially visited for sports massage treatment to help with ongoing back & neck issues. James not only provided effective hands-on treatment but also took the time to explain the possible causes of my discomfort & gave me practical advice, including heat therapy and targeted stretches, to support my recovery at home. I am feeling better and will continue treatment. Thank you! 🙏 5*
