Lynn, Vivian and Sofia were amazing! They took time with the entire treatment and made us each feel comfortable. The cute name displays made us feel special. We were a group of 3 and got some waxing done and The Zen Head Spa. It was sooo relaxing!! Highly recommend!

Ashley was very good and polite. She was also extremely gentle with her waxing techniques. I will say that one of their attendants working the front counter could use some manners when signing in guests. She barely made eye contact and told me to have a seat. I was early for my appointment, but at no time did she alert the staff that I was there, so I ended up waiting over 45 minutes for my appointment. Again, I can't say anything rude about Ashley; she was great, but I feel like if you are only coming in for waxing services, you are bound to get overlooked.
