The sports massage I had was really good. Since I train regularly at the gym, I could really feel the difference after, my muscles felt much looser and less tense. It was a proper sports massage with good pressure, working deeper into the muscles, which is exactly what I need. It definitely helped with the tightness from my workouts. The only thing is I didn’t book enough time, so it wasn’t enough to cover all the areas that needed it. I’ll definitely be going back, but next time I’ll book a longer session. I’d recommend it to anyone who goes to the gym and needs a proper recovery massage.
