I came in for a consultation to color my hair brown after highlighting my hair blonde for my entire life, and she offered to stay late the next night because I mentioned I would love to have it done before my birthday the next week. It was a bit nerve racking making such a big change, but I was excited and her excitement about my transformation made me feel like she really cares. I look forward to going back!
