At 25 years old and from the small country town of Coonabarabran, NSW, my journey into the hair industry began with a high school work experience at a local hairdresser, leading to me move to Dubbo where I started an apprenticeship and my newfound passion for hair began. After completing my Certificate III in Hairdressing and Barbering, I worked at local barber shops, gaining valuable experience. This journey fueled my desire to start my own business, leading to the creation of Ace at Fades.
