Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. It is used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders.

Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy Massage

Reiki varies from person to person, however feelings of deep relaxation are usually felt by all. The reiki energy encourages a person to let go of all tension and has a positive effect on illnesses and negative conditions. It promotes health and well being and helps with pain management, it encourages mental clarity. Relieves tension, stress and depression. Can reduce anxiety, aids relaxation and improves sleep. This treatment includes a full chakra cleanse and rebalance using healing crystals and other tools. An optional angel card reading can be included.

Indian Head Massage

Harmony and Healing Ritual 

This treatment mainly focuses on warming the muscle tissue to release tension and break up the muscle knots all over the body. I can concentrate on one specific area or offer full body, wherever the areas of discomfort are and can focus on the buildup of stress and muscle tension round the neck, shoulders and across the back, resulting from a desk job. Massage encourages relaxation, improves circulation and is also great for relieving tension headaches.

Swedish Body Massage

This would be a 30 minute focused Swedish massage in one specific area of the body (ie: back, shoulders, neck or legs) designed to ease tension. Perfect if you need quick relief from aches/stiffness
