I got such an amazing result yesterday that I actually wanted to cry tears of happiness! Alexis fixed all the absolute horror I had on my head while keeping my hair healthy and intact—it is just an unreal outcome. She nailed the color choice right on the spot. I barely even had to explain what I wanted; she just looked at me, understood, guided me, and made the perfect pick. Overall, the result is incredible, and my hair feels like it’s of unreal quality.
