I am a  Clinical Reflexologist and offer a diverse range of services. Including foot, hand, face and auricular reflexology. Aromareflex and Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage. 
I offer other holistic treatments, including Thai Foot Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reiki.

After welcoming you and completing a treatment form, we begin with a relaxing and rejuvenating foot spa, before being made comfortable on a heated bed. Soft lighting, calming music and NEOM scents, set the relaxing atmosphere.  The feet are individually wrapped to maintain temperature before the relaxation and warming exercises of the feet begin.  The required pressure is checked with the client before this is applied and any areas of imbalance can be identified.   Working over these areas helps to stimulate the body’s own healing process, bringing balance to the affected area of the body.  Following the treatment, feedback and recommendations are given whilst you enjoy a glass of cool water.

Clinical Reflexology complements conventional medicine and following a comprehensive assessment of medical, health and lifestyle, an investigatory treatment, a bespoke plan can be formulated.  In conjunction with the client’s needs treatments can be specifically targeted for optimal results.


Clinical Reflexology

After welcoming you and completing a skin analysis, Temple Spa products are matched to your skin type.  The skin is double cleansed, toned, exfoliated and steamed, using hot towels.  
Next a shoulder and face massage, followed with face reflexology. {Facial Reflexology focuses on reflex (pressure) points, which help stimulate the body's healing mechanisms.  Balancing reflex points in the face connect to and helps balance the entire body}.  
A 15-minute reflexology sequence is combined with the use of non-invasive tools, such as rose quartz stones and massage.  

Whilst the face mask is setting, a beautiful hand and arm massage is performed, releasing tension in these hard working and often neglected areas.  The mask is removed with hot fluffy mitts, serum, eye cream and moisturiser are applied.

Luxury Facial & Face Reflexology

You could try a little bit of everything.......after welcoming you and completing a treatment form, we begin with a relaxing and rejuvenating foot spa, before being made comfortable on a heated bed. Soft lighting, calming music and NEOM scents, set the relaxing atmosphere.  The feet are individually wrapped to maintain temperature., following the foot reflexology, the face is cleansed in preparation for the face reflexology, finishing with a seem less transition into a relaxing neck and shoulder massage.

Following the treatment, feedback and recommendations are given whilst you enjoy a glass of cool water.


Face/Foot Reflexology with Neck & Shoulder massage 

Indian head massage works specifically on the area surrounding the head, scalp, face and neck, extending to the shoulders and upper back.  The Chakras are balanced, and the mood set with a chakra balancing spray before the muscles of the upper back and shoulders are warmed.  The muscles of the back, arms, neck and shoulders are massaged, the head is manipulated, ending with face reflexology.

The benefits of Indian Head Massage include a feeling of deep relaxation. improved mood, sleep and reduction in stress.  You are left with a general sense of health and well-being.

Acupuncture is an ancient oriental practice, which involves inserting fine needles into the skin at specific points on the body. It is based on the principle that energy – known as ‘qi’ (pronounced ‘chee’) - runs through the body along meridians or ‘channels’, all of which correspond to a particular organ or part of the  body. If this energy is free -flowing and balanced within the body, the individual is believed to remain in good health. However if qi becomes blocked, impaired or imbalanced, then it is said that mental, emotional or physical illness may follow. To find out which acupoints need to be worked, a consultation, including medical history will be taken.

During Reiki treatment, energy flows from the practitioner’s hands into the client. The client is usually laying on a therapy couch and remains fully clothed. The hands are placed on the client’s body in a series of positions. These include the head,shoulders, throat, chest, stomach, and feet.
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you.

The Thai Foot massage involves specific massage techniques of the foot, lower leg, stretching and stimulation of reflex points using a Thai foot stick. An organic, handmade, massage cream, infused with essential oils is used with an array of beautiful aromas. This can be chosen by the client to suite their mood.

Thai Foot Massage

Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) is a reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay.
Primarily, it assists with the management of secondary lymphoedema occurring from the treatment of breast cancer however it has also been shown to help with primary lymphoedema.  
Over a period of time, there can be a significant reduction of fluid from the affected limb and also a reduction of further fluid build-up. 
RLD has delivered amazing results to sufferers of lymphoedema. For breast cancer clients, measurements of the arm are taken, before and after the treatment and calculate the reduction in size. Sometimes it is astonishing how much the volume of the arm has reduced.
Similar to manual lymphatic drainage MLD, RLD may also help ith conditions such as arthritis, chronic fatigue, migraine, headaches and ME.
