Our small Holistic Therapy team consists of owner Kate - a Yoga Teacher of over 10 years who is also a Level 4 qualified Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapist - and Shelley, a Holistic Massage Therapist and lifelong Yoga enthusiast. With a passion for helping people feel their 'best selves' Kate and Shelley's expertise will ensure you feel nurtured, relaxed and absolutely cared for.
