Wellness Centre focused on recovery from stress, unmanageability of life, creating goals and focus and general mind, body, emotion, spiritual well-being. We use Mindfulness, Kinesiology, Sounds scans, nutrition, rest, movement and family constellations. Our process is a slow/non forced process that takes time and is approached mindfully and safely. 
We offer both weekly sessions and also live-in treatments for cleanses, shape shifting, nurturing care for people with burn out and light recovery done in a caring, clean environment by practitioners with over 20 years experience.

One-on-One Mindfullnes Sessions 


Designed for people who are feeling stuck, in a pattern thats not healthy or desireable or wanting a shift in one or many areas in life. 


One on one mindfullness practice is designed to gently discover those aspects of ourselves that are stuck in time and space because of unprocessed trauma, neglect, abandonment, or any other patterns of suffering. These session happen weekly, gently diligently and compassionately. Mindfulness is the art of being present in your own life with peace, joy and awareness.  It's a gentle way of opening your mind to greater awareness; to a truer, deeper understanding of yourself and your world.


Sessions cost R825 per week and we have only a few slots available get in touch with us about booking a weekly slot

Mindfulness

Kinesiology:

Each human being has a unique, genetic “blue print” that directs the incredibly intricate workings of the body. In this modality, the body is perceived  as a multidimensional, wholistic creation rather than a complex machine.  

This form of therapy is an effective instrument in allowing people to explore and harmonise  these dimensions and helps the practitioner act as a translator between the clients body and mind. 

It is used as a navigating system to assess where the being is currently and where it wishes to move to in a manner that is unique to each individual.

Sessions cost R880 and is normally
around an hour long. Often used in conjunction with minfulness sessions.

Kinesiology 

Vector Treatment: 

The body is held together by sound.The presence of disease or suffering in the body indicates  that some sounds have gone out of tune. 
Used by aerospace engineers and astronauts;  
A Vector treatment is a  bio-resonance scan of the body using 
sound waves. It can detect bodily malfunctions in biology 
physiology and flow of energy/aura . Treatment is administered via sound treatment. 

This treatment is used in conjunction with Kinesiology, 
family constellations, and other forms of recovery offered at 
The House of Grace as a scientific way to assess where a person 
in recovery is currently in their process.


Sessions cost R1100.00 and last roughly

This modality works systemically on challenges that seem to pose a dead end or remain perpetually unresolved. Often these shifts need to happen energetically and may be unprocessed trauma passed down through many generations before us. A quantum field is created and a spiritual process of completing unprocessed cycles is available.  

Healing through this modality include healing unresolved relationship challnges, Resolving Conflict, addressing Childhood trauma, healing Finance & abundance issues, addressing Business blocks, discovering Illness & ailments that temain unresolved, Addiction & self-sabotage and other challenges that individuals are ready to address.

One on one session around an hour and costs R1100.00 sessions. I recommend doing a series of mindful one on one session before to unravel and bring focus and specificty to your constellation. 

Group constellations cost R1100.0 per constellation and require mindfullness session before. Please make contact before booking

Mindfullness

Initial diagnostic for first time clients. Takes up to 90 minutes and will give a general sense of the body's condition 

First Consult Vector Treatment 

30 minutes of sound scan used in conjunction with another treatment of choice. 

30 minute Vector Treatment 

A no needle way to scan the body for anything that may be out of balance. 

Using sound we can diagnose any underlying physiological and biological causes of stress and/or discomfort i. The body as well as treat the body with sound, a no needle process. 

Acupuncture Treatment 

Body

One day to relax, rest, restore and recreate. Includes dinner and breakfast and two treatments. 

Single day live in retreat 

Live in treatments are tailor made for each client. Includes three meals, two treatments or a full day workshop and two night stay

Single weekend Retreat

Couples enjoy two night stay. 4 treatments or two treatments per couple and a workshop. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included as well as much time to rest, practice meditation and spend time in mindful silence. 

Additional treatments may be booked in advance.
