A therapeutic massage including multiple modalities to assist the body in recovering from restriction and trauma. The following therapies are incorporated based on the needs of the individual client. Sarga, Ashiatsu, Gua Sha, Cupping, Thai Massage, Medical Massage, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy and Myofascial Release. 

Therapeutic Ashiatsu Massage

Therapeutic massage incorporates various modalities to release muscle restriction and relieve stress. Modalities include Deep Tissue Massage, Gua Sha, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Cupping, Medical Massage and Orthopedic Massage.

Chinese Medicine originated over 5000 years ago with its roots in Taoism. TCM includes a variety of practices to bring balance to the elements in the body and bring health. TCM is a complete medical science which enlivens the body's healing mechanism to remove channel blockages, prevent disease, and reduce pain.


Acupuncture

Traditional Thai Massage is performed on the floor. Thai massage involves passive stretching and compression to release blockages in meridians throughout the body. This massage is performed with clothes on. Recommended dress in comfortable loose clothing.

Ayurveda is the ancient understanding of life originating in India. The Ayurvedic approach to health involves finding and maintaining balance in all aspects of our conscious experience. Our physiology is a unique combination of the three Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These three manifestations of the life force interact in nature and our physiology promoting, growth, digestion and movement. When they fall out of balance disruptions of health can occur. This consultation brings awareness to your unique constitution of Doshas (Prakriti), your current imbalance (Vikriti), and practices to support health moving forward. Pulse, diet and lifestyle choices will be assessed and a plan will be emailed shortly after. 

Ayurvedic Health Consultation

This bodywork is delivered based on the Ayurvedic body type. Our physiology is made of three primary organizing principles Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. We experience our world through these principles known as the Doshas. Every individual has a unique constitution of Doshas which can become out of balance based on their living experince. This massage incorporates a dosha balancing oil blend as well as a choice of an oil blend to balance a specific body system.

Ayurvedic Aromatherapy Massage

CBD is warming to the tissues while reducing inflammation. This massage is our therapeutic integrative massage with the added support of CBD. The CBD helps reduce soreness and decreases recovery time after therapeutic bodywork. This massage is highly recommended for clients recovering from an injury.

CBD therapeutic massage 

Lotus massage is a sequenced full body immersion into parasympathetic bliss. The massage moves the therapist with the flow of music to bring the system into a fully relaxed state. This massage is highly recommended for clients who have a hard time letting go during a massage. The oils used are crafted specifically for this work by Claire Keith of Elements Aligned. The combination of Claire's herbal combinations and synchronized massage makes this experience truly unique. 

Herbal Lotus Massage 

Massage specifically catered to pregnancy. I will incorporate specific techniques to help manage comfort and health during each trimester. Please let me know of where you are in your term and if you have any medical concerns. 

Prenatal Massage

Craniosacral is a modality focusing on releasing tension in the Fascial network around the head, spine and sacrum. Reiki is a form of energy healing which releases blockages in the energetic body to bring bliss and balance. When combined, energetic blockages are removed as the fascia is released.

Cupping is a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine which employs the use of cups to initiate a vacuum massage to remove blockages in the tissues and bring new circulation to the area.
