As she has competed in sports all her life it has awakened a passion within her for a healthy lifestyle. She has attended courses and obtained qualifications in personal trainig, group fitness instructor, sports conditioning, sports massage, Therabands and strapping. She loves to assist sports people to reduce swelling, tension, relieve muscle fatigue, increase mobility and flexibility to preform at their best.
