Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond to different areas of the body. General benefits include deep relaxation, release of tension and improved sleep, mood and overall wellbeing. I provide reflexology in my treatment room in Marianglas on the lovely island of Anglesey, North Wales.
