Daisy is actually a genius!!!! I went from box dye black to a caramel brown and I couldn't be happier. It took about 6 hours (I have a LOT of hair) but she just ploughed through it and made sure I was happy at every stage, told me everything she was doing, made me feel so comfortable. Love her xxx
