We double cleanse so that the healing ingredients in our acupressure facial and scalp massage are fully absorbed . We all need a time to lay down our burdens and receive some TLC for mental, physical and spiritual health. Remedial massage has the intention to "remedy" your ailment; increasing range of movement and decreasing discomfort..
This could include trigger point, cupping, myofascial release or manual lymphatic drainage .  I tailor the treatment to suit the presentation and the client using a combination of firm to gentle pressure.

I trained with Pregancy Massage Australia to specifically address pregnancy issues.  These massages are done in the sidelying position with appropriate cushioning.  Extremely popular!
