Boisdale Wellness is at 4/5 Uigshadder on the Isle of Skye. The Reflexologist, Seonaid McAlpine MAR is a member of The Association of Reflexologists and BABTAC. A ten minute consultation takes place in the relaxation room before treatments. Seonaid has combined her two favourite treatments of Reflexology and Facials after completing Bergman Method Training in Facial Reflexology. Seonaid participates in Make Menopause Matter. She follows the Five Pillars of A Healthy Menopause that her Tutor Sally Earlam recommends.
