Reflexology is a safe noninvasive and a relaxing treatment. Its aim is to help the body to heal itself and to maintain a balanced state of health, and combined with the Black Pearl Sanctuary, you will leave here feeling so relaxed and refreshed!

Reflexology is a specific pressure technique applied to reflex points on the feet where all the internal body structures and organs are mapped or mirrored. These reflex points correspond to different organs of the body and by pressing or working on one of these points the corresponding organ is affected.

If crystals or tenderness are felt in a certain area it is an indication of a blockage or imbalance in the corresponding organ or body parts. Crystals are waste deposits made up of excess calcium and uric acid that build up. The reflexologist will spend time working on these crystals and sensitive areas using the thumbs and sometimes fingers to help release the blockages and break down the deposits so they can be eliminated by the body.

The Black Pearl Sanctuary is an EEM technique that is meant to reduce emotional stress in the head. Ancient traditions called the hypothalamus (an area in the brain that controls the autonomic nervous system and most of our hormones) “the black pearl.” Since the hypothalamus is highly affected by and shrinks due to stress, this technique was designed to contact specific neurovascular points that promote its regeneration; thus bringing balance to our emotional body and the blood supply back that was taken out of the brain during stress. This technique is grounding and creates a feeling of inner peace and deep relaxation. Client stays completely clothed during these sessions.

Energy healing and breathwork involve balancing and restoring your body’s natural energy systems and using the breath to reconnect to your body, your heart, your inner knowing and inner peace and releasing what the body has been holding onto - completion of stress responses held in the body for the purposes of increasing joy, vitality, strengthening mental and emotional capacities, and optimizing your health. 
Something amazing happens when we start doing the work – our internal and external reality changes! We begin to support the possibility of change being possible with our anxiety, our addictions, our disruptive patterns and negative thought processes. In these sessions we support your energetic, physical and emotional body. I use a trauma-informed approach using different breath patterns and work with over 9 energy systems, such as the chakras, aura, meridians, etc.  Book your session on a day that is less demanding. 

Somatic & Energy Healing Sessions

Your session will be in a quiet, serene space with soft lighting and a comfortable place to lie or sit with your back supported (if this is a virtual session, you can create a calming space at home). We will collaborate on the breathwork techniques we are going to use and discuss an intention for the session. 
I will guide you into a state of relaxation, encouraging a gradual attuning to what is present emotionally and physically as you pause the demands of everyday life and begin a journey using conscious breathing to release stressors and start connecting with who you truly are, quieting the noise in your mind. I will guide and cue you through the whole session. You will be in complete control of your own pace and rhythm as you gently learn how to use the breath to release stress, tension, stuck emotions and make space for more love and connectedness, inner peace and clarity. 

1:1 Private In-Person Breathwork Journey

1:1 Private Virtual Breathwork Journey

These sessions are perfect for a group of friends or family to share in the group breathwork experience together in a quiet, serene space with soft lighting, creating a safe container for each other where we have full permission to release stress, tension, process unexpressed emotions, complete cycles in our nervous system, heal trauma and tap into more clarity, creativity and intuition. 
In the breathwork session we use breath awareness, conscious breathing, attuned touch and movement. 
Each session begins with connecting, settling in and setting our intention. We then do the breath practice, finishing with quiet integration and finally sharing. Each person is in complete control of their own pace and rhythm and gently guided throughout the session.

Group of 3-6 In-Person Breathwork Session

These sessions are 90 minutes. You will receive a relaxing intuitive energy healing session using various forms of light or deeper touch and the movement of my hands within your body’s energy field. These sessions are a perfect introduction to many elements of Eden energy medicine and will have you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Clients remain clothed during session, so wear something loose fitting and relaxing (no hoodies please).

Aroma-massage is a specialized massage treatment of the head and body inducing complete relaxation. Aromatic essential oils are applied during a massage that concentrates on the nerve centers of the back and the face. This massage treatment is light and soothing. It is especially beneficial in relieving the effects of stress-related complaints as it helps to balance the system using specialized massage techniques which combine Swedish, lymphatic drainage, pressure point and polarity techniques. If you are wanting a gentle, but very relaxing and therapeutic massage, this is it!
