I am 69 with never-treated fading red hair so was pretty anxious about a first-ever Japanese straightening but quickly realized I was in the best hands. William has a lot of expertise and converted my unruly hair into something amazing, followed by trim that fits my face and lifestyle. His manner is a blend of friendly/conversational mixed with times just focusing on what he is doing. He taught me a lot about hair in addition to specific aftercare. I felt "seen" and left feeling thrilled (a first). I also noticed a positive and relaxed ambiance at Muse among all the stylists while I was there.

I really appreciated the service provided by William—he is a friendly person—and the treatment itself was applied excellently; the only downside was that, the day after the treatment, a section of my hair was puffy and frizzy.
