First consult with Well & Being and found it great. Ive had experience with Naturopaths before and found Tahlia amazing, I have several areas of concern and based off my own knowledge, know that it's all connected and found Tahlia really working in well with my needs and knowledge base to make easy and lifestyle adjustments. I know this process is going to be smooth and lasting. Looking forward to more guidance and results in due course.

Lee helps with very solid healthy advice at each appointment the knowledge given adds many more tools to my tool box. Its easy and is supportive. Very positive experience.

A beautiful safe environment. Lee is a wonderful positive person who is providing me with the tools, clarity and focus required to assist with my healing after such a tough diagnosis. I am feeling the benefits of combining sessions with Lee and the body therapies available at Well + Being. It is so much more than a spa. It is a place of healing and asset to Dunedin.
