I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to book an appointment here. I’ve been just attending walk in nail appointments and my nails have become so sore so I booked here! I’m so glad I did the girls are So professional, warm and the standards are so high with hygiene , attention to detail and professionalism! Always friendly,chatty and genuinely cares about her clients. Whether you have inspiration or not she’s always willing to try, or recommends something that will suit you. Don’t think I’ve ever had a set I don’t love and I been with Valerie for the past 18 months. I’ll forever look forward to my appointments, I leave feeling relaxed and happy.

I’ve been coming to Beau Monde for years. Never gone to Valerie before. Nails are okay. However, I found she was quite abrupt and rude. She was questioning me on things and made me feel quite uncomfortable.

I’m sorry you found my questions uncomfortable and thought I was rude and abrupt despite your smiles and laughter throughout your appointment and your overall happiness with my work. I enjoy getting to know my new clients and having conversations with them. Please don’t be put off booking with us again as we have plenty of other nail technicians to try.
