A little more time to slow down. This longer session gives you space to really drop in — for deeper detox, muscle recovery, or just some much-needed quiet. The lighting is low and calming and smells like Palo Santo. It’s your time to stretch, sweat, reflect, or simply rest.

What’s included:
– Private sauna session (45 mins)
– Bench towel + sauna mat
– Filtered water
– Private shower
– In-sauna access to Spotify or our Open app for breathwork + meditations

Please bring:
– A towel for showering (or hire one for $3)
– Swimwear
– Clean, comfy clothes to change into after (you’ll keep sweating a little once you’re done)

Hand-crafted from sustainably sourced Indian Sandalwood, The Wooed Lymphatic Body Gua Sha assists with detoxification, circulation and skin toning. When combined with Infrared Sauna technology, the Gua Sha moves blood, lymph fluid and energy (or Qi) through the body to assist with the elimination of toxins and waste, enhance immune health, ease muscle tension, improve skin texture, and promote whole body vitality.

How to use: sweat for 20 minutes and then lightly run the straight edge along the legs from feet to waist, hands to underarms, neck downwards to shoulder, and chest downwards to hips.
