My hairdressing journey began at 12, leading to salon management in Lyon. Moving to London, I combined my passions for hair and wine to create Chez Stephan, a unique salon, wine bar and shop. Inspired by my Lyon and Alpine roots, my grandfather and my grandmother’s restaurant, I built strong ties with French wine producers.
