It was my first time visiting Botanicals and I will definitely be back. Sarah was very warm and welcoming and immediately made me feel comfortable. I had booked in for a facial and before it began Sarah took the time to understand my skin concerns and agree the best products to suit me. The facial itself was very relaxing and included a foot soak, head massage and an introduction to reiki. I left feeling incredibly relaxed with glowing skin. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful and tranquil. Looking forward to my next visit.
