بالنسبة للحمام والمساج تجربة ممتازة بس الفرع فيه مشاكل على مستوى ادارة تجربة العميل يعني ماهم جاهزين بحيث تكون تجربتك سريعه يعني جلست اسوي حمام ومساح من ٤-٨ مو معقول لازم انت تعرف وش الخطوة الجاية للزائر وتسهلها يعني كان عندي تجربة للجهاز الاكسجين البارد ما استطعت ادخله بسبب البطء يوم جيت بدخل قالي المدير اصبر خمس دقايق لين يشتغل والماسك سووه لي برا بسبب الخطا الاداري من ناحية المساج والحمام تجربة ممتازه لانه جودته ممتازة بس الادارين عندهم مشكلة في التيسير اعتقد
