It was great to see a collaborative approach to teaching Norah how to do the colour technique that was done on my hair today. As she is in her apprenticing phase, she sought out help from her co-workers in all the steps today to ensure she was doing it correctly. The colour looks great, and she took care of me every step of the way. RN
