Carlos is an exceptionally talented loctician. His work speaks for itself! He has an excellent work ethic and takes his clients and their time very seriously.. even if that client is a teenager! He communicates exceptionally well which makes all the difference, especially when doing house calls. The man delivers at every turn. Check his socials and see for yourself!
