Monterae knew exactly where my tight muscles were and went to work on them. I walked upstairs more easily when I came home. She also did some cupping along the tight pathways from my knee to my ankle. And she worked on my total body to promote relaxation. I’m excited to go back and have Monterae work on my tight muscles from my ankle to my knee to my hip. She also has wonderful suggestions to try at home. I appreciate Monterae’s skillful hands and suggestions on how to progress at home. She is amazing!
