Very lovely and strong massage with Millie. She has the experience, and understands what you need, especially if you are from the athletic background. Definitely recommend!

Millie was a true professional, brilliant at putting you at ease and explaining the process and what to expect. I walked out a lot better than I went in. The treatment enabled me to feel a lot more relaxed and made me realise I need to take time out from the daily rat race and have some positive input for myself
