I enjoy every modality with different pressure from just wanting to relax to getting into specific muscle groups to alleviate pain and discomfort. Stretches to help loosen up the muscle tissue and also focusing on those stubborn knots! Doing my best to help!!

I have extremely tight neck and shoulder muscles and went to Kristin for some relief. She was very accommodating, professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Kristin is an exceptionally talented massage therapist. I have been seeing her for over four years, and I truly look forward to my massage every single month. She is incredibly intuitive, always applies the perfect amount of pressure, and consistently puts me into a state of deep relaxation. Each session feels personalized and exactly what my body needs. I always leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and cared for. I cannot recommend Kristin enough to anyone looking for high-quality bodywork, true relaxation, or simply time to fully unwind and reset.
