I had noticed that my roots had changed in colour a little, after calling Katy she had booked me in the next afternoon to correct this. Both her and Kathryn’s professionalism is exceptional (complete with a gorgeous head massage, thanks Kathryn!) especially as they knew I was time poor and had to get back to work. Thank you so much ladies!
