Tried the phototherapy. I’m prone to awful headaches and migraines which affect my sleep too. Such a lovely relaxing treatment. Got a good nights sleep and headache pressure greatly reduced this morning. Will def be getting more.

Every Phototherapy treatment provided at the clinic is delivered using an individualised treatment protocol. There is no standard "one treatment fits all" approach.

Following a comprehensive consultation, each treatment is tailored according to the clinical indication, treatment objectives, medical history, symptom severity, tissue depth, anatomical location, skin characteristics, and response to previous therapy.

Treatment times vary from 5 - 20 minutes.
