Experience a soothing treatment designed to enhance the appearance of scars. I use nourishing essential oils to promoting hydration and relaxation while improving circulation and lymphatic flow. By delivering essential nutrients to the area, scar massage encourages the healing process and aids in regenerating skin. 

As a holistic approach, this therapy not only addresses movement and mobility but also recognises any discomfort associated with your scar. Particularly effective on immature scars (less than two years old), this treatment can still provide benefits for older scars, helping to reduce tissue buildup and make scars less noticeable.

Indian Head Massage is a relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck, shoulders and back. It aims to rebalance your body's energies.

Indian Head Massage

Whilst not the traditional 'sports massage', the techniques I use include slowly working deep into your soft tissue, fascial work, trigger point therapy, acupressure, stretching and tailored self-care. This is based on a fusion of an eastern and western approach to massage using the Jing Advanced Clinical Massage method.

Deep tissue massage

Foot reflexology using a blend of essential oils unique for you, to help ease away stress and for balance and well-being.

One hour

90 minutes

Half hour back massage (although I'm happy for this to be a half hour back, leg, arm, hand, head... whatever you would like!) followed by half hour of facial reflexology.
Total treatment time of one hour.
As with all treatments, I will discuss with you at the start of your treatment if these timings are suited to you.  I can adapt the length of either of these to provide you with exactly what you need.

A wonderful way to look after yourself and your baby during pregnancy. Massage can help with stress reduction, relaxation, back and pelvic pain, headaches, cramping, plus boosts circulation and respiration.
