It’s the first time I’ve felt someone is genuinely looking at me holistically, asking good questions, listening to what I’m saying and taking it ALL seriously! Hallelujah!

The wellbeing review left me feeling supported, listened to and uplifted- it was an incredibly experience and I will recommend it to everyone. The follow up plan was tailored to me and my needs, detailed and considered;- but crucially included guidance and advice that was easy to implement in my daily life. I can’t describe how positive that was and how much of an impact that has had. Dr Claire’s knowledge and passion around women’s health and wellbeing underpins the whole experience and I feel optimistic about this chapter of my life for the first time.

I had a fantastic experience with Claire today. She was so easy to talk to and had taken onboard my questionnaire and had a very intuitive plan ready for me. I came away feeling very heard and have a plan to move forward with and I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with her.
