Had a Marma point massage with Angela and a Reiki facial with Claudia, both were really lovely & the treatments amazing, I literally floated out. Very nice place & treatment rooms, my new go to place.

Swedish is the basis of every massage technique and can be light or slightly firm in pressure.

Many are still in use today and with good reason. In an age of the modern 100 mile an hour living with technical and at times, impersonal medicine, massage offers a drug-free, non-invasive and holistic approach based on the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Reiki Massage... 

When Reiki is added to Massage it becomes a powerful and beautiful therapy on all levels; Mental, Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and Energetically. Massage is a perfect elixir for good health, but it can also provide an integration of body and mind. By producing a meditative state or heightened awareness of living in the present moment. At points during the massage the therapist will stop and just hold their hands on the body infusing the power of touch with Reiki energy healing.

You may experience a flow of heat or a tingling sensation; some people see colours; some people just feel extremely relaxed. After the treatment it is advisable to drink plenty of water to help flush out any toxins that may have been released and to rest, if tired.
