I had a really positive experience with Chelsea, she made me feel really comfortable and ensured I was well informed about treatment aftercare and managed my expectations in healing times and appearance. Following advice, I used Emla numbing cream prior to treatment, trust me it really works! Chelsea frequently checked in on my pain level. It didn’t hurt half as much as I thought and the treatment was very quick. Overall a really positive experience, I feel comfortable in Chelsea & Brooke’s knowledge, they know what they’re doing and you’re in safe hands.
