I'm Julie, a certified Holistic Therapist, Reiki Master and Aromatherapist with the Guild of Holistic Therapists. I specialise in bespoke holistic treatments that calm the sympathetic nervous system, break the stress cycle, improve sleep, relieve pain and support deeper self-connection. My therapies treat the whole person—physical, emotional, and mental—using a combination of hands-on techniques from Massage, Reflexology and Reiki.
