30 Minute Deep Tissue

This is an Ayurvedic healing massage in which the upper back, arms, neck, scalp and face are massaged using traditional techniques. This is a seated massage so that your feet are rooted and connected to floor to feel grounded. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed and struggling, this treatment is recommended to give peace of mind and promote calmness. It works pressure points in the face and Scalp to give a sense of release. Also a great treatment if you suffer migraines and headaches.

Indian Head Massage
