Sawadee Cardiff offers a more hands-on approach than a quick, general massage, with deep tissue work focused on tight shoulders, necks and lower backs. The therapists work on trigger points and knots, and clients also mention hot rocks and neck stretches as part of their visits.

Ana is so friendly and gave an incredible massage. Great pressure and adjusted to my needs. I would highly recommend. Sawadee has a lovely vibe, clean rooms and a solid, wide bed to accommodate my big frame.
