Firstly, Sofie is so lovely. The treatment itself is amazing, and I always leave feeling fabulous. Everything feels really considered and thoughtful, and I especially love Sofie’s holistic approach. She doesn’t just focus on the treatment itself — she also gives you practical guidance on what you can do at home, which I really appreciate.

I had the most amazing TMJ facial with Sofie! She was so lovely and made me feel completely comfortable. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and I could genuinely feel the tension releasing from my jaw and face. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and noticeably less tense. Highly recommend Sofie if you suffer from TMJ or just want a beautiful, relaxing facial!
