Hi I’m Mel welcome to Refresh Beauty I have been in beauty therapy for over 7years. I had a break from beauty for a few years to help my husband in his business. But now that we have settle in our spot after moving to Te pahu it’s time for me to get back into what I love & that’s Relaxing, Uplifting people and making them feel refresh.
