Our meticulously crafted custom sauna prioritises your comfort and revitalisation through: detoxification, increased cardiovascular function, muscle recovery, relaxation and to alleviate stress.

Aim for 60mins per week across 2-3 sessions for sustained General Health Improvements.

The ultimate relaxation bundle as your blood vessels constrict & dilate through multiple methods which will deliver nutrients to the body while flushing out any unwanted toxins.

This will have your muscles totally relaxed and ready for anything the following day.

Join us every Monday afternoon from 3:45 to 4:45pm for our Junior Athlete Recovery Session, under the expert guidance of our experienced staff. Learn about the best practices and benefits of our cutting-edge recovery modalities, including Contrast Magnesium Pools, Normatec Compression Boots, and expert techniques such as foam rolling and massage gun therapy. Whether you're looking to prevent injuries, improve performance, or simply feel rejuvenated after intense training sessions, this is the perfect opportunity to invest in your athletic well-being. Don't miss out on the chance to optimise your recovery and excel in your sport!

These sessions are best suited to 13-17 year olds and is the perfect addition for those training or playing their chosen activity 3+ times per week and wish to optimise their training & performance.

Enjoy a contrast magnesium session before unwinding in our beautifully crafted custom sauna for the ultimate flow session.

As your blood vessels constrict & dilate they will deliver nutrients to the body while flushing out any unwanted toxins.

Alternate between cold & hot pools to experience the rejuvenating benefits of our Contrast Magnesium Pools, meticulously crafted to elevate your well-being.
We recommend 4mins in each pool for 3 rounds (24mins).

Ensure you are well hydrated before entering the sauna.
400-500ml per 10mins in the sauna.

Contrast + Sauna

Begin with your feet up in the Normatec compression boots before experiencing the invigoration Contrast Magnesium Pools.

Wear loose clothing with no zips or anything in your pockets while in the Normatec compression boots.

Opt into what's on the televisions, read a book or bring your laptop to get through those errands.

Compression + Contrast 

Put your feet up in our relaxing custom lounge area in the Normatec boots before getting the blood flowing and heart rate up in our meticulously crafted custom sauna. 
Utilise our showers outside the sauna for a form of contrast therapy while taking as many breaks as required.

This will have your muscles totally relaxed and ready for anything the following day.
