A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED 3 DAYS AFTER BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

CASH OR ONLINE TRANSFER IS ACCEPTED (CIBC, BPWCCU etc.) BANKING DETAILS WILL BE SENT VIA WHATSAPP. THIS DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM AND SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT & IT GOES TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE. 

IF YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT MADE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED. IF SOMEONE DEPOSITS FOR THE SAME TIME & DATE BEFORE YOU HAVE, THAT APPOINTMENT TIME NOW BELONGS TO THAT PERSON.

LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS STILL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT.

LATE/ RESCHEDULING POLICY:

THERE WILL BE A GRACE PERIOD OF 15 MINUTES (THIS ALSO RELATES TO HOUSECALLS AS WELL). 

AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD HAS BEEN EXCEEDED A $20 FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL COST. 

NO CALLS OR NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED A $30 FEE FOR YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT.

KINDLY CANCEL ANY APPOINTMENTS AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
