In the assessment session we will discuss in detail your current and past health & fitness questions/concerns/goals/etc. There will be a postural evaluation in which we will discuss some of the patterns presenting themselves through the expressions of the body and the implications of what they mean. 

This is an opportunity to better understand some of the tools, systems, methods, principles, & techniques that we use in our approach to help align our clients to a more functional, healthy, and happy life!

Fascial Therapy is the art of putting water back into tissue the way we put water back into clay in order to restructure and reshape it. This bodywork service is for anyone looking to hydrate their tissues and/or break down any calcifications or adhesions that are restricting fluid motion.

Our Intro to Fascial Therapy service is perfect for those who have never experienced MFR before or for anyone who needs a gentler hand. Your practitioner will spend time manually releasing your body then will show you how to achieve a similar release at home on your own.

This service is meant to be a gentler alternative to our widely loved, but very intense Fascial Massage option. If you find you need a gentler hand even still, don’t be afraid to say so!

Intro to Fascial Therapy

Fascial Manipulation is a gentle alternative approach to unsticking fascial adhesions, revitalizing connection between stagnant tissues, and adjusting the body’s anchor points to allow for more optimal nervous system function.

This service is for anyone experiencing reoccurring headaches, pains, or misalignments. This is also a great service for anyone experiencing anxiety, depression, or finding it difficult to intertwine their mind, body, and emotions.

Fascial Manipulation

Our Fascial Massage service is perfect for those who are well versed in Fascial Therapy and/or who enjoy a heavier hand. With the goal being to break down dense anchor points that are restricting motion, you can expect this release work to be quite intense!

In this basic reading you will learn about your aura type and the mechanics that are inherent because of it (strategy), mechanically understand where decisions are actually made (inner-authority), your unique signatures of success, your not-self theme, and ultimately how to make the most out of your journey to understanding yourself. Most importantly, you will understand how to better make decisions that will benefit, not only your life, but the life of those around you!
