Your appointments are important to us.We hold your appointment for you.All appointments are booked online and attract a non refundable fee of 20$ to hold. Please come to your appointment alone.Our salon is intimate.Space is at a premium.If you must bring a guest,let us know in advance. Children are not allowed unless they are receiving services or are pre approved. Emergencies happen.To reschedule,please call,text or send an email.you have upto 24hrs to cancel.Deposit will be credited to your next appointment. Payment in full must be made before leaving your appointment.
