Tess is very welcoming, friendly, and an expert at what she does. I had very patchy, thin, and pale eyebrows, which meant spending ages every day trying to pencil on evenly shaped brows. Tess asked what look I desired and also offered advice. The end result - she created very natural-looking Nano brows for me, and I'm thrilled with the results! No significant pain during the process, and they healed very quickly, with no scabbing or redness. I'm only sorry I didn't get them done sooner! Thank you, Tess :)

Great experience with Tess. She is lovely and I knew I was in very competent hands. I now have eyebrows! A combination of nano and ombré and they look fantastic.. I’m very happy with the result. (ignore my red nose, look at the brows)
