Joy At the Bay was established in 2014 by Joy Mooten and has steadily grown to become the preferred hair salon of Whangarei Heads. We are committed to listening to our client's needs and strives for excellence in the standard of our work and attention to detail. Our products are the organic CHI range hair products and FAMA Professionals products.We greatly value all our regular clients and we are always delighted to meet new customers.
